Burns Bay Medical Centre

Unfortunately the doctors are let down by the frontline staff's phone manner, as I have had to make multiple calls to communicate the same message at this practice. They seem to always be in a hurry to get off the phone and don't execute changes to appointments, in spite of multiple attempts, and cut the call short with statements like 'think about it and call back' when I have already thought about it and am calling back (for the second or third time). Poor customer service on the phone has been an issue over a few months (and not just a one-off) which is causing me to look to another practice for better reception service.
